From NewsGator Technologies :TopStyle helps you create cross-browser style sheets by alerting you of problems as you work. Simply select your target style definition, and TopStyle's style inspector will update to show only properties and values supported by that definition. What's more, TopStyle's color-coded editor will flag any unsupported properties as you type.
TopStyle's powerful style checker validates against multiple CSS implementations, alerting you not only to invalid entries in your style sheets, but also to bugs in popular browsers that may affect their display.
