Toonah is a multifunctional instant messenger plug-in for AOL Instant Messenger, MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, and ICQ. Toonah adds text-to-speech functionality for all incoming and outgoing messages, as well as emotisounds -- the ability to send creative and funny sounds to your friends in the form of smileys or other text representation. Version 3.0 supports AIM, MSN, Yahoo, and ICQ, fixes bugs with not working on some Ethernet cards, and adds whole new architecture to the program that doesn't rely on network traffic to read the messages.

Version: Toonah 3.0

"Would Be Nice, If Not For The Spyware"

Pros: It's fun to be able to hear what you, and the other person, are writing during an IM session.

Cons: The program contains a Trojan Horse, known as "UCSearch," that downloads adware/spyware into your computer. If you delete, or deactivate, the adware/spyware (called "Open Site"), the program won't function.
