From South River Technologies :This enterprise-class server lets you store and share files over a large network. Titan supports secure file transfers using SSL, unlimited user accounts (in the professional edition) and includes all the controls you need to manage them. You can customize the bandwidth given to any user or server by throttling the bandwidth and configuring maximum transfer speeds, regulate the number of connections from a given IP, and block users and IP addresses at will.
Password protection is provided, as are statistics such as UL/DL ratios, disk quotas, and the number of banned/free files. Titan also includes features such as custom messages, log file rotation, IP access rights, support for multiple servers,remote administration and Virtual Folders.
