Pros
i have tried two different times and it has always increased my 52kb/ps as 125 kb/ps wonderful software. earlier i tried TCP/IP and many softwares with no difference but throttle did work for me increased my speed twice. Try it out!

Pros
I had to lower my internet speed due to an increase in my billing, so my bandwidth downloads were around 1.5Mbps (150-190KB/sec)... After buying this app and running the "Fastest" setting... I am now getting 600KB/sec and higher download speeds.

There are none.
