I had to lower my internet speed due to an increase in my billing, so my bandwidth downloads were around 1.5Mbps (150-190KB/sec)... After buying this app and running the "Fastest" setting... I am now getting 600KB/sec and higher download speeds.

Pros
Doesn't increase your Internet speed, but instead it drags it down. Throttle to the max is limited, as the max feature is disabled by default. My DSL is running at peak speeds, and even with Throttle I won't assume it'll go any higher.
Cons
Bunch of Bull. Practice safe hex. Safe surfing. Your connection will be fine.
