From 10191 :The Think Factory is a set of neural network engines for OSX developers. "Engine" term is for a generic neural network architecture with some functions in the way to help the OSX developer to build programmatically and easily its own neural network. Today [july, 2003] two archictures are available : backpropagation and Kohonen neural networks. Each neural network engine are declined in two executable objects : a background application and a bundle object. The background application runs separately from the developer application and it can be used in client/server environment. The bundle object offers to the developer the possibility to create an embedded neural network application.
What's new in this version:
- Fully rewritten in Objective-C
- Support plug-ins architecture allowing to choose different activation functions.
- Command line tool
- Two kind of objects available for each engine : an executable or a bundle.
