The Print Shop has come a long way from the days when heavily pixelated banners printed out on perforated computer paper. Broderbund's The Print Shop Essentials is a next-generation production powerhouse for an extensive variety of projects--newsletters, resumes, greeting cards, presentations--that you create within a shared interface. The Print Shop Essentials is jam-packed with features that offer flexibility over a range of design and production options, such as professional-quality digital clip art, Web-readiness, graphic development tools, and formatting selections. You can scroll between panels and slides on a multipage project using arrows at the bottom of the screen, add custom graphics and effects, and even touch up imported photos. By the time you're ready to choose between regular and professional printing, the memory of the program's slow, cumbersome installation process will have long been forgotten.Publisher's description

"Great stuff! and intuitive handling - very easy"
Pros: The easy intuitive use; completeness of the program. I just played around for an hour and am already familiarized with the soft.
Cons: Slow download... nothing to do with the soft...

"All that work for nothing!!!"
Pros: It's easy to use, easy to import files into program and has lots of templates.
Cons: It's in .doc format which means not a single other program will open it. I spent hours making a brochure, saved to a disc and now no freakin' body at the printer can open the **** thing!!!

"my opinion is that it should be free so everyone can get a piece of the pie."
Pros: i like the fact that we can get good music to our liking and that we can fix our pictures, plus make cards or anything we want to do.
Cons: only that it's not free
