The Podcast RSS Buddy produces RSS feeds that are iTunes-compliant. Simply enter your Podcast’s information at the prompts, press the button, and the RSS Buddy creates the XML file for you. You can up-date your feeds within seconds, letting you focus on producing your Podcast, not struggling with your RSS feed. The Podcast RSS Buddy is fully iTunes-compliant, and lets you manage up to four different Podcasts.
Note: Some Windows users have reported problems running the installer from their desktop. This is a rare occurrence, but if you do have problems, just download the installer to your hard drive and try again.

I'd love to give my opinion of this program, but it allows 5 trial usages, and it crashed immediately for each. My machine is up-to-date, stable and garbage-free. I don't think it was me.

Forces you to fill in all fields, manual entry of each item. The RSS Audio Feed Generator from spunkapps.com is much easier to use if you want a simple rss feed.
