From SAFCo Software :Sends a mass text message (SMS) alert to one or multiple (blaster/bulk) cell phones from your desktop via the Internet. It is not necessary to know what their cell phone carrier is. Useful for schools, groups, organizations, clubs, offices, or any one that needs to instantly send a message to multiple people. No cell phone is required to send messages. It has its own address book for ease of use. Supports most major world carriers.

Pros: None, can;t use it. Seem to install properly however.
Cons: You have to get a registration email verifications. I've tried multiple smpt servers and never get the email.
Summary: The program looks like it could be useful if it would send a d a m n verification email.
