From the developer: "TEXT-READER DICTIONARY will give you instant explanations of the words in many languages. This multilingual (English-English, English-German, English-Spanish .. etc.) has precise definitions and written pronunciations. When your cursor moves over a word, this software will automatically search the database and provide you with a definition in the pop-up hint right under the mouse cursor. If you click on a word TEXT-READER will say it. The TEXT-READER works online and offline, and text searches can be manually entered for specific queries.

"TEXT-READER significantly improves readability of the text inside your Internet Explorer browser, especially concerning long text files. Smooth scrolling of the text and adjustable fonts make process of reading much easier and enjoyable.

"TEXT-READER DICTIONARY will help you to learn new words in the shortest possible time. This speaking software contains 2 tests for memorizing spelling and pronunciation of the words.

"This version is shareware. But, it is FREE, if you are using English-English, English-Turkish or English-Russian dictionaries. After the trial period expires, you can continue to work with these dictionaries without registration. Also, new dictionaries became available for downloading, minor mistakes were corrected, and the user interface was improved."
