From Code Sector :TeraCopy is a free utility designed to copy/move files faster and more secure. TeraCopy can resume broken file transfers. TeraCopy skips bad files during copy and even shows the skipped files at the end of files transfer. Calculates files CRC checksum on the fly to speed up source and target files comparison. Seamless integration with Windows Explorer allows you to keep working with files as usual.
Version 1.1 adds the ability to create a copy of a folder by copying and pasting at the same location and a few minor bugfixes.

Pros: Just do what it is supposed to do without additional baggage.
Cons: So far not able to find anything not to like

Pros: Cures the problems with Windows' copy function.
Cons: The only con to Teracopy is that it wasn't included with Windows in the first place.

"Great update to the basic windows copy."
Pros: Best copy program I have used for copying large directories or large files.
Cons: Couldn't uncheck "Always On Top" on Windows XP but was able to in Vista.
