From Technitium :Technitium MAC Address Changer allows you to change Media Access Control (MAC) Address of your Network Interface Card (NIC) irrespective to your NIC manufacturer or its driver. It has a very simple user interface and provides ample of information regarding each NIC in the machine. Every NIC has a MAC address hard coded in its circuit by manufacturer. This hard coded MAC address is used by windows drivers to access Ethernet Networks (LAN).
This tool can set a new MAC address to your NIC, bypassing the original hard coded MAC address. Technitium MAC Address Changer is a must tool in every security professionals tool box. Technitium MAC Address Changer is coded in Visual Basic 6.0. Version 5 added features like HTTP proxy settings in presets, removes unknown network adapters from registry, and support for Windows Server 2008 and Windows Vista SP1.

"Very good for Xp but does not work on vista."
Pros: changes both ip and mac at same time , And it is a freeware.
Cons: Does not work well on Windows Vista.

"Great software, easy to use, and no problems."
Pros: I like how easily it is to use. It was an easy and fast download and install. I have used it about a million times since installing it over 6 months.
Cons: I don't like how you cannot expand the box for better viewing.
