"Best remote desktop app! even better than log-me-in!"
Pros: Easy to use, fast, and of course free.
Cons: none! its free, fast, and does everything its supposed to do.
Summary: I personally use it pretty much to help my grandfather with any problems. Instead of going to his house every single time he has a problem (which seriously is every week) I can help him remotely. All I do is simply set TeamViewer to start with windo... read more >>

"easy to use and quite user friendly"
Pros: It was very easy to use, Installer gave me two option either to install or run, I chose run and it worked fine,
Cons: for some reason it disconnect very often
Summary: Its wonderful tool for providing or getting support from your friend or family, It is really easy to use and have proper authentication protocol. Best of all its free for non commercial use.

"Incredible - Just Incredible"
Pros: Takes 15 seconds to setup. In fact, no installation is required. It can run as a standalone application (on both ends). Fully encrypted. Easy to use. It generates a ID and password you give to the remote user who then logs in.
Cons: No Cons. The only thing that you need to do is click "Unblock" when Windows Firewall prompts you (obviously).
Summary: It works through routers and firewalls. Unlike other remote control apps, you don't have to setup port forwarding on Mom's router! For non-commercial home use, it's free (just a nag screen). Commercial licenses are also available. One of the be... read more >>
