"Best remote support software I've ever seen!"
Pros: Free to domestic use, fast, so many features, well thought out, and the client application to send people is so easy. I'd give it 6 stars if I could!
It gets past firewall issues with the way it is setup, with no config!Cons: Havent found anything yet. Perhaps the ability to do voice chat to speak with users at the other end, or even webcam would be amazing.
Summary: If you are into IT support, try this program out. You wont be dissappointed.
