Pros: I like everything about this program. I used TightVNC in the past but file transfer was relatively slow (when it worked) compared to Teamviewer. Works great on a LAN.

"A piece of cake to install and use! Works great!"
Pros: Worked flawlessly. I used it with a fellow in his 80's , a bright fellow but a complete incompetent using computers. He was able to quickly download and run (a few seconds because it is so tiny) the program used at the novice end. I solved his problem in five minutes and spent the next 30 minutes running his computer from 1500 miles away.

Pros: worked the first time, WOW, works with windows 95 and up!!!!
Cons: there is nothing wrong with this great product
Summary: used it to fix a computer 50 miles away, didn't want to drive there, a friend told me about it and it just worked, now I can fix my sister's computer in AZ anytime...thanks
