the intial demo without having a computer to connect with, and all the struggle with intial testing.

Pros
easy to use, makes remote management simple and easy to manage multiple computers. I love the way that it has folders and allows you to group things into specific categories and folders.

Summary
I wanted a way to manage my computers remotely and was looking for something that would make it easy. I am the only one in my house with much knowledge about how to fix computers and have been a systems administrator in the past. I was looking for something that was free and a good program to help me manage the various computers that I have at home and this was perfect. As a side note, it is to be used with teamviewer remote management software which is also great to use.
