Tape is a utility for software developers that can covert folders into application packages. Packages contain numerous application files and folders in a single consolidated format which appears as a single file in the Finder. Tape supports Mac OS 9 "packages" and Mac OS X "bundles" including preflight verification and format-specific options such as XML generation and icns-file creation from application resources.

What's new in this version:

  • Fixed a crashing problem when using the built in text editor on Mac OS X.
  • Blocked errant error messages and added a Dock menu for Mac OS X 10.1 and newer.
