From Softpointer :Tag&Rename is a file management utility for Windows 95/98/NT, designed for modifying tag information of MP3 and VQF (Yamaha's Sound VQ format) music files. With Tag&Rename, you can quickly and easily rename your music collection using the embedded tag data within MP3 and VQF files. You can also write new or edit existing tag information.
Version 1.89 has added 'Easy files selection' mode (now you can select files using Shift and Ctrl buttons like in MS Explorer). Added folders tree in the main program screen and also drag and drop files in file list. Edit ID3v1 and ID3v2 tags even if this file is now played.
