I use a ZTE dongle on 3 which doesn't give the best speed but is adequate. I found a vast improvement using TZ Booster, however I have seen 1 or 2 bottle necks but overall I am pleased with the program. For readers info, I am a former freelance software reviewer haing reviewed major products with no affiliation to anyone.

It's user friendly, easy to setup, there is actually some speed improvement, and makes reverting back to your old settings (if you want to) easy.
Cons
This isn't really a con but I'd like to know more about exactly what it's doing and why and how doing it improves the speed...maybe this info is available and I just haven't found it yet.
Summary
Does what it says. Might work better for some than others depending on why you're running slow in the first place. Worked fine for me...not vast improvement but definitely some.

I like how easy it is to figure out the setting since it is a very automated program. Another great aspect is that even though it has it's own preset configurations you have options to set your own.
Cons
It didn't run on my windows vista.

Some one uploaded - I don't know what this is??? Real program is ~ 3.4 MBs & can be freely downloaded at the trackzapper.com web site.
