Version: SyncCell for Motorola 2.0.9
Pros: Works correctly with my phone, unlike MOBILedit or Cell Phone Manager. Beta version (not working yet) should work with Google Calendar in the future.
Cons: Contacts only stores name, phone numbers, e-mail, and category, but does not store address/etc. Calendar does not handle repeating events. Cannot import/export anything other than directly to supported applications.

Version: SyncCell for Motorola 2.0.9
Pros: Works well with synchronizing multiple phones with ease, and no nonsense. Add an inexpensive Bluetooth dongle device to your computer then its possible to synchronize phones without physically retrieving the phone, so long its close enough to communicate (approximate 30 feet range) just connect wirelessly and synchronize and forget digging for the phone in wife?s purse. Works better, faster, and smoother than Motorola?s sync program. Easy to use and offers enough options to keep things interesting.

Pros: I have tried other Sync programs and this one is the best and easiest I have found for the price.
Cons: I wish it could also Sync notes, but then I havent found any that sync notes..would be great if someone did.
