Synchronize your Palm with both Palm Desktop and Microsoft Outlook with SwitchSync. SwitchSync runs on Windows desktop, it is used to configure your Palm HotSync settings. After you set up the HotSync settings, you may synchronize your Palm with both Palm Desktop and Microsoft Outlook during the HotSync process.
SwitchSync requires that your have Chapura PocketMirror installed on your system. You may have been synchronizing your Palm with Outlook by Chapura PocketMirror, but you can not sync back with Palm Desktop. By SwitchSync, you can make it! You can sync with both or either of Palm Desktop - Microsoft Outlook by cusomizing the sync settings.

The interface LOOKS like it will be simple to use. Not quite.
Cons
The way in which this software interacts with the conduits provided by palm is very unclear. Worse, the settings change themselves after a syncing operation intermittently and unpredictably. The user instructions are unclear and the tech support is basically non-existent. I really really had hoped this would work so I could get around my syncing problems, but it has just wasted my time and energy. THere is a real gap in the market now... for something that works.
