"Useful, easy to use, but installs dialer.su"
Pros: Useful. Easy to use. Free. I appreciate that.
Cons: Switch doesn't work when I try converting more than several audio files at once. But it works fast, so that's not a major drawback. What's creepy,though, is that Dialer.su downloads with Switch.

Pros: I had some music in shn and m4u formats and needed a converter that could convert them both. I already had one that only converts shn and did not want another one for the m4u files. Good job NCH.

Pros: Left a previous message saying i couldn't download but that was my mistake. I'm not a computer 'techie' but found this very easy to use would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Cons: Nothing!!
