SwisSQL can convert Transact SQL procedures, functions, triggers, cursors, tables, views, and SQLs into PL/SQL. The tool provides an easy to use Graphical user interface for conversion. The free edition of the product allows you to migrate up to 5000 lines of stored procedures from SQL Server Transact SQL to Oracle PL/SQL.
