Version: SureThing CD Labeler 4.0
Pros: It looks good on paper but fails to deliver.
Cons: The manual fails to explain how to create designs for cd labels and jewel case inserts, technical support is useless ( I doubt they have used the software) and I have spent many hours trying to work out how to create a design on the back of a front jewel case insert. In addition, you cannot import playlists from Musicmatch jukebox 10 (despite assertions in their literature you can) which is the reason why I bought it. The software itself might be good (I don't know because it's impossible to work out from the manual how to use it)but it is impossible to use the manual because it is badly written and fails to take you through the most basic of steps. It's very expensive: you are probably better off getting something cheaper which is easy to use.

Version: SureThing CD Labeler 4.0
"Makes great looking cd lables once you develope a good eye for color."
Pros: Does or should I say did do exactly what I bought it for.
Cons: After using the product for a couple dozen labels the program just stopped. It won't let me make any new labels. I can change anything on file. BIGGEST PROBLEM is I can't get any online product support. I read some reviews praising Support. Sure would like to know who's getting the praise and HOW to reach them!

Version: SureThing CD Labeler 4.0
"Watch out for the SureThing Swindlers"
Pros: Absolutely nothing because it wouldn't install on my computer.
Cons: I'm writing this review as a cautionary tale to other unsuspecting customers of Surething. I purchased a Lacie drive 3 months ago which came bundled with the Surething Labeler software. I bought the drive in order to be able to use the cool new Lightscribe technology.
After buying the product I tried to install it on my Windows Vista 64Bit OS but found that it would not install. I thought it was likely due to me having Vista installed in 64bit mode because many apps were reported to have issues on 64bit so I reinstalled Vista to 32 bit. I then found the software still didn't work.
I attempted to contact lacie for support but they simply ignore my request for about a week. SureThing at least replied but said; sorry you'll have to buy another version of SureThing. One would think that SureThing would do right by their existing customer base and offer a patched version of SureThing 4 for Vista . No Vista update or fix for whatever shortcomings their Version 4 had. Just more money. After several emails the best I got was a weak analogy from their tech rep about bad parts in Toyotas but no useful help. Thanks SureThing.
Be warned about the poor customer experience you're likely to receive from SureThing & Lacie.

Version: SureThing CD Labeler 4.0
Summary: you can move a picture into it, then work out the centre which is enlarged.but you have to work out a way to print it on a label-i just moved the label to it's printing position. one should use white labels for pictures.
