"It does the job right with little preparatory hassle"

Pros
No choppiness in the recorded video or audio, easy to install, configure & operate, reliable. Compared to several other alternatives I tried and was disappointed in one way or the other this one was a relief to find.
Cons
Not free but what do I expect?
Summary
We need to be able to record video & audio for both sides of the Skype session. Remarkably, Skype itself doesn't have this ability. While several other utilities provide this ability the ones I tried had serious shortcomings (especially video that was too choppy). Then I tried Supertintin (why the name?) and found it did what I needed and did it well. It's $30 per copy so we'll be putting Skype on fewer PCs than expected, but we'll adjust. These recordings will need to hold up in courts of law so quality and reliability of recording is necessary.
