Version: SuperAntiSpyware Professional 3.9.1008
"One more star then the free version."
Pros: This application is similar to it's free counter part but with all the features enabled. This one has auto updating, active protection and more options. But it's still "Super Anti Spyware". Just better then the free version.
Cons: It has the same data base, the same bland GUI, the same slow scans and it still wants a restart to delete infections, including cookies. There are to many better options in this type application to make this one worth a purchase.

Pros: The professional version is much better than the free version.Its light on resources,and not too intrusive.Sits there unoticed.Scans are around 25 minutes,and they are thorough scans.I like the option of "right clicking" on a file to scan with Superantispyware.
I have only used it for a week so I cannot give it 5 stars, but I like it so far.

"Remove difficult to find and hard to remove threats"
Pros: This software's claim to fame is the ability to detect, and remove, difficult malware threats. In my own internal testing it lives up to this claim, though it is not perfect (what is?) and does miss malware components like any other software in it's class. It has efficient realtime protection and excellent support from the authors. On average, it gets along with most other security products such as Norton.
It contains some important repair features to help repair a damage Winsock/LSP, desktop background, disabled taskmanager, etc.
If you are struggling with a malware infestation I highly recommend you try this program.
Cons: It is on the slow side, the interface needs some more polish, and operation in a multiuser environment is awkward and needs work (specifically, you need to update the definition file in each user profile to keep it current).

"Do I want to restart the PC to delete a cookie?"
Pros: Truth be told, I didn't like this program at all regardless of the other reviews.
Cons: NO, NO, NO!!!!! RE-start to delete a cookie? Imagine that!'. it's very slow, ugly and the re-start thing ticked me off. It's out a here. Besides "KIS 7" doesn't seem to like it and I refuse to change my security suite.

"It's one of the few that you can depend on"
Pros: SUPERAntiSpyware does the job of removing those tough malware and other threats. The pro version is better than the free version (like most programs), as the auto-update and other features are available. Real-tine protection is enabled, doesn't conflict with other security suites/programs.
Cons: AVG-type interface (plain, dull), scanning is slow compared to others, although on my system Adaware 2007 is slower than SUPERAntispyware. Spybot S&D with SUPERAntiSpyware realtime protection on can lag your internet browsing.
