"Awesome Antispyware Scanner!"
Pros: Great detection rates: It's found every peice of adware/spyware that I've thrown at it without blinking. It also finds and removes several of the more difficult-to-remove spyware aps, like SmitFraud, Vundo, WinFixer, SpyAxe, SpyFalcon, WinAntiVirus, AntiVermins, and many more.
It's also very light on system resources. It boots quick with your computer and uses only 25-30k of RAM, even with Real-Time Protection turned on. Spyware Doctor on the other hand uses about 70k and slows your boot time by at least an extra 60-120 seconds.
Cons: None that I can find!

Version: SuperAntiSpyware Professional 3.2.0.1028
Pros: light on resources, less conflicts and super easy interface. constantly improving with each version, rather than regressing. the free version is great, this is even better. watch out webroot and pc tools, people will be watching this app closely. especially given it's full functioning trial. faster boot time, and less cpu drain. as far as i'm concerned this app is ready to be crowned the new king.
Cons: not a con, but it bothers me that so little attention has been given this program by the media.
