"Totaly locked my computer up"
Pros: none TERRIBLE
Cons: Will not work on my pc Dell gen 5 XP SP3
Summary: PC Locked up would not boot I had to use system restore to get it back.

"Does a good job on the first scan that others miss."
Pros: Works great. I have used the trial for a long time and fixed other peoples "problems" with this program. Despite the corny name I actually did buy it. lol
Cons: none. maybe a minor gripe is re-wording threats for cookies, which is very common. A few colleages letting me know they have ## number of threats growing as they browse the web and rescan again. lol. n00bs.
Summary: Doesnt eat up your system resources and give annoying false alerts that *cough* n0rton *cough* to convince the user the software is doing something for them. ;P
