It decodes MIME (Base64), HexBin, UUEncoded, yEncoded, multi-part binary attachments. It can view and play multi-media files.
Version 3.2 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Needs IE to work. I use Firefox.
Summary
At least it told me this before the installation started... so I cancelled it. But it would have been nice to know that *before* I downloaded it. Hopefully this review will help keep other Firefox users from wasting their time here.
