From Super Flexible Software :Back up your data and synchronize Macs, PCs, servers, notebooks, and online storage space. You can set up as many different jobs as you need and run them manually or using the scheduler. Virtually any kind of storage can be used for the synchronization tasks. The software comes with support for FTP, SSH, WebDAV, and Amazon S3. You can use ZIP compression and data encryption. There are powerful synchronization modes, including Standard Copying, Exact Mirror, and SmartTracking. Version 4.32 adds new options for the email notifications, Chinese characters in file and folder names can now be displayed, WebDAV with HTTPS now works correctly with proxy servers.

Version: Super Flexible File Synchronizer 4.32
"FAT support, run batch jobs, fast"
Pros: Fast, supports FAT, runs multiple jobs (runs them in sequence, not concurrently), runs scheduled jobs, rather verbose reporting of what it's about to do, what it's doing, and what it has done.
Cons: Though I find it relatively easy to use, some might find it not simple enough, in terms of UI. I have not restored from any of my backups yet, as it is relatively new for me. Jobs in a batch are only run one after the other.
Summary: I have Super Duper, which I really like, but it did not support copying from FAT, nor does it support copying to FAT. Specifically, I had a FAT volume that I was attempting to back up to an HFS volume, and Super Duper simply does not work with FAT. ... read more >>

"Easily backs up to FAT formatted disks"
Pros: Back up to FAT-formatted flash drives or other non-Mac.drives. Easy selection of files to be copied, synchronized or moved. Can copy files in either direction (useful for restores). Copied files can be read without the use of the copying program.
Cons: For some reason the help file crashes when searched.
