Useful product if it had worked
Cons
It did not do what it should have done (it did nothing at all). AVG highlighted it as a threat on install, and on running. Possible malicious software.
Summary
Could have been a false possitive by AVG, but the warning messages by AVG, and the fact that it didn't do anything suggests it's not.
