This fine pop-up blocker won us over with its effective performance and unexpected extra features. Since Super Ad Blocker sits in your system tray and can be added to your Internet Explorer toolbar, it's convenient to access no matter what you're doing.
The application's logically organized main window is split into tabs for ad blocking, history cleaning, cookies, statistics, notification, and options. In our tests, the program did an excellent job of quashing all types of pop-ups, banner ads,Flash ads, and Google ads when using both Internet Explorer and Firefox. You can add allowed sites to a whitelist.
This program's antispyware tool performed quite well, stopping the vast majority of adware that tried to run on our system. The malware scanner also did a decent job. Beyond its prowess with pop-ups, Super Ad Blocker also lets you clear your Web-surfing and Windows histories. You also can view statistics on blocked-ad types and frequencies.
Users who need a high-performance pop-up blocker, spyware protection, a history cleaner, or all three certainly will benefit from Super Ad Blocker.

Version 4.2.1012 adds Firefox 2.0 support and enhances IE7 support. This version also blocks Yahoo, AOL and MSN Instant Messenger ads/banners inside the IM clients.

Pros: Super ad blocker is the best popup blocker I have ever used.Before using this product my computer was bombared with popups but now all of them are blocked , no more worry about popups.It not only blocks popups but also blocks spyware popups that use drive by downloads and stealth installation.Good job keep it up.
Cons: Nothing I can see.

"Amazed by what I don't see!!!"
Pros: Works with Firefox and IE. I no longer see adds on Yahoo or Hotmail. I frequently search specific product forums that were plagues with adds and now I see nothing. No more pop-ups at all. It also has a spyware scanner that is not bad. But it is too early to tell. It detected one thing on my system that Ad-Aware and Spybot didn't and nothing sense... I guess it destroys adware before it gets to your system. Great product. I like it better than any Webroot product on the market.
Cons: Does not support Opera, but I don't use it. It is important to know if you do use Opera.

Cons: it was all going so well until another spyware detection program reported that this one kept trying to gain access to my homepage bit dodgy i think
