This fine pop-up blocker won us over with its effective performance and unexpected extra features. Since Super Ad Blocker sits in your system tray and can be added to your Internet Explorer toolbar, it's convenient to access no matter what you're doing. The application's logically organized main window is split into tabs for ad blocking, history cleaning, cookies, statistics, notification, and options. In our tests, the program did an excellent job of quashing all types of pop-ups, banner ads, and Flash ads when using both Internet Explorer and Firefox. You can add allowed sites to a whitelist. This program's antispyware tool performed quite well, stopping the vast majority of adware that tried to run on our system. The malware scanner also did a decent job. Beyond its prowess with pop-ups, Super Ad Blocker also lets you clear your Web-surfing and Windows histories. You also can have the program play one of several sounds when an ad is eliminated, and you can view statistics on blocked-ad types and frequencies. Users who need a high-performance pop-up blocker, spyware protection, a history cleaner, or all three certainly will benefit from this program.Publisher's description

"Only program to block flying ads."
Pros: As it says...its the only ad remover to block flying advertisements, something Ad Muncher can't do.
Provides excellent statistics as to how many of each type of advertisement has been blocked. Lightyears more comprehensive than AdMuncher's statistics (that being a sole number as to how many approximate megabytes of traffic have been saved).
Cons: Its not free.
Its slow.
It makes browsing slow.
It only supports Internet Explorer.

"Solid product, extra solid features"
Pros: this ad blocker is the best out there! period! does what it says it does and so much more. does a good scan, saves cookies and lets you decide as far as keeping them or deleting them, just to mention two. but i could go on and on. i mean, the "extras" aren't just "feel good" features. you can tell some thought has gone into this product.
Cons: from my prespective, i just don't see any. i can't comment on their support as i haven't had to use it.

Pros: Blocks all ads. I really just wanted to block the annoying animated ads, but having no ads is good too. This is almost as good as the Adblock Firefox plugin.
Cons: They claim that this is IE7 compatible, but it isn't. It removes the "open in new tab" item from the context menu in IE7. This was supposed to be fixed in a December 1 new release, but that still hasn't been fixed in late January. It's also a memory hog using 35MB while IE or Firefox are open.

Pros: Had visited some sites befor getting this and got popups, so i looked for a blocker and found this installed it visited those sites again and no popups. This is great !! also blocks advertisements.
Cons: NONE !

Pros: Works well in IE.
Cons: Doesn't work at all for opera, which is what I need.
