From Western Civilisation :Style Master gives you intuitive control over the process of creating, editing, applying, and tweaking style sheets. You can create fully CSS1- and CSSP-compliant style sheets, and open and edit any style sheet, regardless of the application that created it. You can also edit style sheets in the heads of HTML documents, then safely save them back to the documents. With Style Master, you can specify the browser that you're designing a style sheet for; Style Master warns you if your style sheet is not fully supported by the browser. Plus, you can preview in any number of browsers simultaneously, with one-touch previewing in all open browsers, or even live previewing in open browsers if you prefer.
Version 1.9 features an intuitive new editor for the most common properties of style sheets, a templates feature for easy reuse of common style sheets, and improvements to selector editors, making this tricky aspect of style sheet editing even easier.
