From Studybase :

Mandarin Chinese Learning program including dictionary, PinYin IME, notes keeper, FlashCards, etc.Learn and practice writing chinese simple and original characters. Contains FlashCards for characters recommmended for the first level of the HSK. Dictionary finds based upon English words or Chinese characters. IME converts PinYin input to Chinese characters. Student may keep a list of characters to be studied especially. Student may keep notes for later study and practiced. Also, FlashCards may be added to students special list to be studied. All information is retained in the single executable file.
