This versatile imaging package does almost everything a casual photographer needs it to do. StudioLine Photo's bulky but handsome Mac-style interface makes it convenient for editing several photos at once. The program applies your operations immediately to any number of images. It maintains the original image in its image archive and keeps a record of any changes or enhancements. You can resize, crop, perform color corrections, and visually balance image quality and size. The program guides beginners through all steps of gallery creation and teaches good Web-design manners. We appreciate that the program gives you numerous templates for creating Web galleries, greeting cards, calendars, and CD covers. The demo version of the paid StudioLine Photo package improves on the free StudioLine Photo Basic by lifting limits on the number of photos in a gallery and by including several page templates. It also imports photos directly from most digital cameras. However, you still cannot change the gamma or the buttons. Easy to use and instructive, StudioLine Photo is a solid choice for novices and photo hobbyists.Publisher's description

Version: StudioLine Photo 2.12
"Editor, Archive, Backup, Emailer, Exifer,... all in one! I'm floored."
Pros: Didn't expect much from shareware. But this one has me floored. I counted 30 or so image tools, it has an database to work with keywords, categories, my own descriptions, supports the standard Exif/IPTC fully, creates backups on CD/DVD, creates online albums, sends emails - even has a page designer for scrap-books.
I can't think of anything more I'd want to do.
Cons: It should have come with my camera! (Okay, so that's not really a negative comment).

"Capable program let down by the poor interface"
Pros: Completeness of Functions
Cons: The interface is horrible not following the Windows standards. This make it very diffcult to use.

"The StudioLine software is an easy program to use."
Pros: I have tried various other software that basically does the same thing that StudioLine does. I found the tutorial easy to follow when I had a question on how to accomplish a task.
Cons: I cannot say that there were any cons because I found it to be a simple program to follow.

Version: StudioLine Photo 2.12
Pros: I was happy with the free version so I thought I would see what the upgrade gave me. The timeline view alone was worth the upgrade but I also love the White Balance tool - one click on a grey point and bad lighting effects are corrected.

"Best all-in-one digital imaging product!"
Pros: This is by far the best product on the market, in its price range, when it comes to image management, editing, sharing and archiving. I have used almost a dozen of the most popular titles and StudioLine Photo 2 beats them all.
