Stretch Break reminds you to take stretch breaks to avoid RSIs. Animated figures show you how. Reduce stress and muscle and joint aches. The application includes ErgoHints workstation setup guide and eye exercises. User controls time between stretch sessions and stretches per session (default 3). Each stretch lasts 15 to 25 seconds so you are back to work in one or two minutes. Developed by a team of health care professionals.

Version: Stretch Break 6.0

"Slowed my computer drastically."

Pros: Seemed to have a good variety of stretches.

Cons: Even though I liked the stretches, it slowed my PC to the point I couldn't get any work done so I had to uninstall it and am back to normal speed. It seems rather pricey for the sometimes ugly and ill-proportioned animated figures. I think I would have tired of them quickly.
