Perfect, I have recovered my emails from 48 GB PST file.

Summary

I was unable to access my outlook few days back because I am not a expert outlook user so I have discussed with my friend Rakesh, he guides me about the issue which was increase in outlook file size and that is why outlook file was corrupted. He also suggested me to try demo version of this software. Demo version shows me all recoverable email information like messages, contacts, and attachments. After buying the software I was surprised everything is recovered even the items deleted 2 years ago.

I don't know why there are so much negative comments for this software.

Anyways I am a satisfied customer.

"Useless , Stellar refuse to honour refund . STAY CLEAR"

Runs slowly, saya it is finished, demands payment (£79.00) with 30 day money back guarantee. Fails to store 'repaired' file

This product should not be on CNet. It brings cnet into disrepute.
I shouls have read the other reviews and not used it. My experience is common to other reviewers

"Long time for nothing"

Summary

I downloaded it in hopes I could recover ONE specific email I deleted yesterday by mistake. After 3 hours of going through a 6GB pst, it finished, with lots and lots of gaps especially in recent days. Stuff I could actually see in my regular pst (I made a copy before running it, just in case). Maybe if you are desperate because your pst is completely lost otherwise. Not recommended. I did not pay the fee before confirming the file I need to recover was there. No chance of getting my money and not delivering!

"BEWARE - DECEPTIVE ADVERTISEMENT"

Cons

Tried to recover my pst. Looked fine. To save file purhcesed the software but was not able to save the recoved file. Tried three time - no results. Asked for support. Was advised to reinstall software - no results. Didn't have time to continue strugglin with this software and asked for refund. My request was refused.

"WARNING: This company is a scam. Don't be fooled."

-The products DO NOT WORK as advertised.
-When you ask for a refund, they refuse. Kiss your $150 goodbye.

Summary

We purchased this product, which turned out to be utterly useless, and a complete waste of money.

Our experience dealing with "Stellar Phoenix" reveals that these gangsters spend 98% of their resources dealing with dissatisfied customers asking for refunds, and at best 2% of their resources producing software that actually works. This alone should tell you to STAY AWAY.

We strongly suggest you avoid dealing with this company. The products simply do not work, and when you make the mistake of purchasing their junk, they will hide behind a confusing and utterly ridiculous refund policy to deny your refund request.

Whatever you do, do not give these crooks your money. Try searching Google for "Stellar Phoenix rip off" in case you need more convincing.

"Deceptive advertising, I my opinion."

Overall, there wasn't much positive.

Cons

The product took over 8 hours to analyze the pst file, THEN demanded the demo be registered. Since there was a "money back guarantee" I sent the credit card info. After registering the product, OUTLOOK still wouldn't open. In fact, the pst file was larger than before. Gave up, bought a new copy of Outlook and solved the problem through Microsoft tech support. Since Stellar failed to solve the problem, I asked for a refund. Stellar first asked for an extensive summary of what went wrong. I sent it to Stellar tech support. Stellar responded by closing the file. I asked for a refund (as per the ad) and received this message: "We cannot consider your refund request. According to our refund policy, a refund can only be processed in case, if we are not able to provide you any support or if there is any bug found in our software. Warm regards, Priyabrata Swain, Stellar Information Systems." Well, they responded to my request (provided support) and I found no "bug" in the software. BEWARE.

Summary

Because of my experience with their tech support, I would never, EVER purchase any product from this company. I plan to take this up with VISA, because I consider their "money back guarantee" deceptive at best.

"Works, but..."

Well, it did work. Sort of. The tool managed to retrieve most of the messages in my ~5GB PST file, whereas SCANPST failed dismally. The time taken to fix the PST file wasn't inordinately long -- about 30 minutes or so. I also appreciated the fact that I didn't have to actually pay for the product until I was able to verify that it recovered the PST file.

Cons

1. As pointed out above, the program managed to recover most or all of the messages in the corrupt PST file. It didn't do very well as far as recovering the folder structure -- only 2 out of a few dozen.

2. This is obviously an expensive product. You'll have to judge whether it's worth the price, but I find it a little galling that these folks are more or less preying on the desperation of their potential customers.

Summary

My personal experience with SCANPST is that it works about 75% of the time and even when it does work it can take an incredibly long time to do so -- hours in the case of large PST files. Stellar worked relatively quickly in repairing one of my PST files that SCANPST had failed to fix. This is an expensive product, but if you really, really have to recover a PST file, I'd give this product a try.

"it worked!"

Works much better than scanpst which did nothing for me.

Cons

Wasn't able to recover my contacts and it's not free. After you download "free" version and it goes through the process of recovering your file, you get hit with a "register" request before it actually lets you upload the recovered file to outlook. $129, bit pricey, but my boss it happy.

Summary

I first thought it was a scam but it does work. I had to spend some time with customer support to make it work.

"Recovered all my data, Happy with this product"

Recovered all the data from my huge 12 GB PST file.

None, as everything happened smoothly.

Summary

I am surprised after reading that some of these reviews mentioning that this product is not good or does not work. As per my experience, it is one of the great product of Stellar and company itself has a very good support for any type of issues. I still remembered the time when I purchased this product, initially I was also a bit hesitated to buy it, but with the complete information about the product, user guide and support, I decided to go for this product confidently.

Moreover, after using Stellar Phoenix PST Repair product, all my worries related to my Outlook applications just vanished. It repaired my 12 GB file instantly and I got back all my valuable emails and other objects without any difficulty.
