Stellar Phoenix Mailbox Exchange Recovery is a user-friendly tool to help you resolve the most intermittent problems concerning EDB file corruption. The software repairs damaged Exchange databases and extracts data of all user mailboxes within the file easily. This data recovered is saved in respective PST files for each user mailbox. The software carries out EDB recovery without doing any slightest modification to the original database. This indeed manifests the safe and non-destructive approach of the application. Exchange corruption instances range from virus infections to improper server shutdown to database engine (JET) errors. In these ominous situations, the software works meticulously to rescue all your confidential information stored inside the mail folders. It smoothly fixes corruption in the EDB file and helps you quickly resume your business operations. The Exchange repair process is performed in three phases. The first phase involves rigorously scanning the damaged database through advanced, proprietary algorithms. This competent tool uses two types of scan methods, i.e. 'Quick Scan' and 'Extensive Scan'. 'Quick Scan' is relatively faster than the latter. However, the 'Extensive Scan' method provides more satisfactory results when the files are severely corrupt. In the second phase, the software shows a list of recoverable items in your database. You can preview the contents of your emails in the main interface after the completion of scanning process. In the last phase, the software saves the recovered mailboxes to any user-specified location. These mailboxes are saved as Outlook PST files containing various mail items, including emails, contacts, attachments, and notes. The software gives you the choice to recover only selected mailboxes from your Exchange database. You can also choose to recover specific items within each Exchange mailbox. The software keeps track of all activities performed during the process by maintaining a recovery log.

"Terrible company"

I have nothing good to say about this company and its software

Downloaded software, did not work at all. Support desk answered e-mails right away, but had me do the same thing 3-4 different times. Downloaded software, try new activation key, etc.
Same with phone support.
The disturbing part is that they wanted to have remote access to my computer BUT because they might night be able to get to me right away they wanted me to leave the access on overnight. Very strangeSummary
Very suspicious company. Seems like the profile of hackers who have have you download a software that doesn't work and then wants access to your computer to fix.

Summary
This software is great. I can't believe that there is a software in the market like Stellar Phoenix Mailbox Exchange recovery that not only gave my damaged data back but recovered deleted mailboxes with all the items as well. Some of those were very important to me. I am very happy with the remarkable results of this program.

"Doesn't work properly: don't waste your money"

Managed to convert one small OST file.
Cons
Unlikely to successfully convert OST files to PST file. Results in jumbled e-mails, missing e-mails, missing contacts, missing calendar.
Summary
It successfully converted one OST file to a PST file but on subsequent ones, it lost e-mails & folders, put 1000s of e-mails into a "lost & found" folder, scrambled e-mails, lost all the contacts & calendar. On their tech support site, it say that if the conatcts are missing, simply go into Outlook and chose "Find contacts" and they'll be recovered: no they won't. When I bought this software, I only needed a download but I was forced into paying for CD delivery as well. If you download the demo version and it looks like it will recover your OST file then it'll probably be okay but don't rely on it recovering other OST files though. That said, I haven't found any other software to reliably convert OST files.

"A COMPLETE Waste of Money"

I purchased the Technician's License of this product, for over $800, to repair Exchange Databases for clients. I tried to extract the email from an Exchange Database that was not corrupted. (Active Directory was rebuilt, so I was having trouble mounting the EDB on a new server.) After running for THREE DAYS on a 5GB EDB, at least half of the email was not retrieved. I contacted their support, and after FedEx'ing a DVD with the entire EDB to India, they still could not give me a decent recovery. Finally, I fould a Microsoft KB article that explained how to manually reattach the EDB and was able to get all of my data reloaded.
When I asked Stellar Phoenix and the distributor Element 5 for a refund, they ignored my request, then claimed I was past the refund window.
In short, a COMPLETE Waste of Money; avoid this product.
