"Another Junk Program From Pctools"
Pros: Good interface.Daily updates.
Cons: Antivirus has little database and can't detect any virus and poor disinfection rate.Antispyware has too much false positives and says you got spyware when your pc is perfectly clean.Doesn't stop malware in the first place, it just let's all the malware into your computer and then says you got spyware.Doesn't remove anything in trial version, it alerts a popup ad asking users to buy it.Extremely high amount of memory usage.After installation my computer crashed randomly and it was hard removing this program.Please avoid ''PC TOOLS'', they make junk programs which don't work properly.I recommend the scanner available in Google Pack.

"Keeping up with the the compitition?"
Pros: "PC Tools" has turned into a money grubbing company. Buy this, buy that and now they have some free applications but they are only an advertising gimmick. It's adware plain and simple. So whats this? Are they copying "Webroot" now? By adding an AV module it sure looks like it to me. This additional anti-virus module has served to prove one thing to me. They do a great job at making a slow, heavy application even slower. This anti-virus module is lacking to say the least. I used to love "PC Tools", I bought "Spyware Doctor" and "Registry Mechanic" a couple of years ago but will not deal with them again. Every new release of "Spyware Doctor" has gotten worse and now this. Now, this is funny, LOL!
Cons: "PC Tools" is great at ruining good software applications.

Version: Spyware Doctor with AntiVirus 5.0.1.205
Cons: This software does not let the user clean or delete Malware unless you pay for it. I am not going to buy anything unless I can see how all the functions work. Some AV programs are good at finding Malware but bad at cleaning, quarantining, deleting. Also, I think this program shows way too many false positives, eats up too much RAM and slows down web surfing.

"It is trorough and detects all sorts of stuff. I love it."
Pros: This anti-virus and spyware detector is thorough and very effective. The only other
software to come close is webroot. SD is complete in its scans and a complete scan depends on the size of your programs. I love it.

"Just use a free anti-spyware and free-anti virus, much better than this junk"
Cons: bloated, expensive, really avergae detection, removal. Not reccommended at all.
