Version: SpyCatcher Express 4.0.1
Pros: SpyCatcher scans and cleans reasonably fast,(4 minutes)stays in your tray and guards your pc, and alerts you like a firewall does when unknowns try to access your computer, and has a few more features that I haven't tried out yet. I am not sure if this full function free version is free forever,but it is free for now,and I recommend you give it a try. I give SpyCatcher 5 STARS and TWO thumbs UP!

"Best spyware removal tool I've tried"
Pros: My computer is back to normal after running this product. No other anti-spyware tool, paid/trial or free, was able to remove some of the nasty stuff on my machine, but now I'm back in business. My homepage is back to CNN after several months on some random site! I highly recommend this product.

Pros: this program found 118 items of spyware,adware virus...amazing. has description of items so one can decide to delete or qaurentine or let run. if one is unsure about an item click on it and the program will take you to a knowledge base to describe what the spyware is.i"m unsure if this program is really freeware or a trial period but well worth buying.makes one wonder what or other "big-name"spyware programs are doing! run this and see for oneself

"Impressive and, most importantly, FREE!"
Pros: This product found far more spyware (54) than any other anti-spyware product I have tried. It doesn't seem to have any "expiration" date, so I can't figure out the catch. This product is much more advanced and easier to use than any of the other free anti-spy software, so I can't quite believe that there isn't a catch.
Cons: It took a long time to download. Why is the installer so much larger than other programs? It seems like a more advanced product than other titles, and it found more spyware, so maybe this isn't such a bad thing. But the installer is about 3 times as large as most other products.

"Efficient, but space-consuming"
Pros: This by all means the most efficient freeware antispyware tool in the market, probably better than most commercial competitors. It scans my computer in about 5 minutes and that is very fast for my old & slow machine.
Cons: It takes a lot of space on my small harddisk and the startup of the program is very slow. I will keep it for a few weeks, but in the long run I think that Microsoft Antispyware is more suitable for my computer.
