This spying application is admirably stealthy at logging keystrokes, but doesn't offer any other monitoring tools. Configuring Spy Lantern Keylogger's tabbed, logical interface takes little effort. Its encrypted log reports tell when and in what application keystrokes were made, and can be conveniently e-mailed to you. The program runs in the background undetected and wasn't visible in the Task Manager. We like that it gives the option to show or hide Spy Lantern Keylogger on the desktop, add/remove list, and Start menu. The program's folder can be concealed as well, and coupled with password-protection and hot-key access, this sly spy tool can't easily be uninstalled. Although its covert operations work well, Spy Lantern Keylogger doesn't capture screenshots or offer any blocking mechanisms like many of its numerous competitors. Overall, home users who don't need any additional monitoring functions will find this 15-day trial program delivers on its promise.
