Thanks to its easy-to-use interface, this browser quickly displays Web crawler information. Web developers of all skill levels will appreciate what it offers.
SpidEyes user interface is very intuitive. Its bare-bones design is the perfect choice for displaying all of the HTML information for each Web page. You'll find typical browser navigation buttons, a URL field, and three panels--one for displaying the actual Web page, and another for displaying the code. The third panel uses tabs for easy accessibility to the Web pages properties, tags, text, favicon, and file size. The main toolbar has an information button that offers links to pages that offer information on such topics as tags, validation, and Web page properties. The browser worked very fast for us. Information for each page was quickly displayed in each panel.
This free browser is especially useful for new Web developers. Its a great way to learn the ins and outs of building Web pages. Seasoned developers will find it helpful for validating their own pages.

From Software Atelier :SpidEye is like a spider's eye, showing what a Web Crawler would see while navigating the Web. From each page visited it collects and summaries relevant information that are meant to assist Web masters on the design of their Web pages for bots.
This freeware provides full HTML navigation, displays NoFrames section of a compound document (FrameSet). Validates documents (W3C) and shows source code in advanced multi syntax highlighter. Generates a unique word list (for spell check and word analyzes). Calculates file's hash, displays all FavIcon images, analyzes robots.txt. Uses no DLLs nor external dependencies. Version 1 includes unspecified updates.
