From Spamfighter :Spamfighter Exchange Module (SEM), is the easy-to-use anti-spam/virus solution for Microsoft Exchange Servers. SEM is powered by the Spamfighter Server, which is updated by the Spamfighter community of more than 3.5 million users across the globe. SEM delivers instant spam protection with no configuration or maintenance what so ever. SEM integrates with Exchange Server or Microsoft Small Business Server, making the solution very fast. As email arrives and the Exchange Server routes it to its addressees, SEM constructs a unique signature for each message and sends it to the Spamfighter Server for evaluation. If the Spamfighter Server determines that a message is spam, it notifies SEM and the spam mail is moved to the user spam folder. SEM is also available with a built-in Virusfighter. This means that viruses are removed before they can impact on users.
Version 3 allows to view and export logs through Administration Interface.

Version: SpamFighter Exchange Server Module 3
"Reasonably good for an office"
Pros: Worked OK for computers in the office. Reduced spam significantly overall.
Cons: I couldn't find the button to white list a sender's address. Big drawback is for users getting their e-mail on a PDA, they offered no solution to avoid downloading all the junk.

"offsite via MX filtering is the better approach"
Pros: it doesn't kill baby ducks
Cons: mickey mouse 100 bux software for users of pirated exchange?
