From SpamBully :Spam Bully is an easy to use self-learning spam filter that integrates into Outlook Express. Uses Bayesian artificial intelligence to learn your personal e-mail habits. Quickly learns what you consider spam and not spam. It includes friends/spammers lists that let you make sure you get e-mails from friends/family and block out unwanted e-mails, e-mail blocking by country/language. Allow/block list lets you choose words/phrases you wish to allow/block from your inbox, a link analyzer follows the links in your e-mails and analyzes the Web pages they lead to for spam content, bounce spam back to spammers, checks realtime blackhole lists for domains responsible for sending massive amounts of spam and automatically filters for you.

Summary: Immediately stopped all my spam problems after install and setup. Has bounce feature, IP locator. Foreign country email block(optional),friend/spammer list and more. I went on to purchase five months ago and have never regretted it! Thanks Spam Bully
