It includes an extensive set of audio processes, tools, and effects for manipulating digital audio (see screen shot). Sound Forge XP can be used with any Windows-compatible sound card to create, record, edit, and refine audio files. It features many audio processing features, including fade in/out, invert/flip, normalize, pan and time compress/expand, and more. It also offers effects such as reverb, chorus, delay/echo, distortion, and flange. Version 4.5 beta adds support for RealNetworks' G2 audio format. This demo version is save-disabled; the fully functional registered version costs $49.95.
