The YouTube conversion does not work. Seems to be a smokescreen, no matter what video I try and convert, it automatically says the conversion will fail.

The free trial version has some limitations. You have to buy full version to get full featured software.

Video Converter and Youtube downloader, both works excellent. I used to use youtube downloader to download videos from youtube, then use video converter to convert for my iPhone.
Cons
can't search youtube videos in the software.
