"Not working tool, company false to support."

I comtact them first prior to install that software. They assured me via the chat that all will work and I have nothing to worry about and I will get the refund in case of any problem.
I get this software installed to my computer and found that it false to convert my EML files. They start telling me that I should buy another software from them to make it work! I demand the refund and they denied to provide it. I tried to contact them via BBB but BBB don't have jurisdiction in India.Cons
Wery bad support, false advertising and wasted money!

I am a regular customer of Softspire Inc and have used several of its products. EML to PST Converter is one of its product, I have bought and used. It gave me reliable results in conversion of multiple .eml files to Outlook. Be it conversion of attachments, formatting, meta data, or email headers, software works just perfectly.
Cons
Seeing its review "Scam! Bad tool, installs spyware or adware." Its NOT a SCAM, rather a GREAT UTILITY to convert EML files to Outlook PST. I have tested the software with most popular Virus Total. I have found NO SPYWARE or ADWARE.

They distributing the same tool with different names. I have installed their scam to my computer and it starts show the advertising in my IE browser. But the converter was unable to even start. They told me that it is impossible to get my money back so I request it from my bank. And then I was informed by my Bank that they expected some issues with that software vendor already.

I had a need to urgently shift from Windows Live Mail platform into MS Outlook. EML to PST Converter helped me i shifting all my emails from WLM to Outlook quickly and rescued my emails from Windows Live Mail to Outlook.
Thanks to Mr. Fred, he just smartly helped me in locating my Windows Mail emails from "Windows Mail store folder" (Fred calls it so.. :))
After this all goes fine and I imported my EML into Outlook seamlessly...Cons
Well option to switch between one profile to another profile will be good.. Hope to see this in next beta version.. Thanks

Software installer very suspicious lousy safety rating on google softspire installer ran for 20 minutes which says what are you stealing on my
computer? Price way too high for one time need to convert eml files.
Fake demo with incomplete features says you guys are a fraud. Clean up

Wery bad piece of software, softspire denied to support when I describe this and asked them to refund my payment.
