Publisher's description
From SoulSoft :In today's busy net culture, forums are playing a more and more important role, email is used by everyone and MSN is a must have. Expressing yourself and getting the message across can be hard at times and using built in smileys is far from ideal. The problem is now solved with SmileyPad. SmileyPad is a small and fast program to help express yourself.
Post Smileys to forums, email, MSN, and have a whole bunch of fun at the same time. Seamlessly add new smileys you find into its already extensive database to build your very own smiley library. Unlike all other Smiley programs on the net today we offer nothing else but smileys for you to have fun with. Version 2.28 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: SmileyPad 2.28
Pros: As long as you have your images hosted on your own server/host, this is a wonderful program for keeping them all sorted out and at hand for quick insertion into message board posts and email.
Make sure you delete all included smilies that come with it as they are no longer supported and will not show if used. Then, set up your own folder system in it, and put all your smileys in one place.

Version: SmileyPad 2.28
"C'est Fantastique - SmileyPad v2.28"
Pros: Quick, easy to use and chocker full of original smileys. Some of which I'd never seen before. You can even add more smileys of your own choice to it. And there's no limit to how much you can put into it. The only limit is the size of your harddrive.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that the support website for it has died. Support for the programme no longer exists.
