Version: Smart Bro 2.6.001
Pros: Mainley because ut's different than most IE based web browsers. I'st fast and for myself reliable and doesnt appear to have ans security leaks like some other IE based browsers have. Features like two homepages, slide in animations and several skins have made this my choice as an alternative IE based browser.
Cons: None for myself but friends who have tried it with a lesser machine, or behind a router have told me about an ocasional script error. This however has not happened to me evan once.

Version: Smart Bro 2.6.001
Pros: Very nice indeed. Unique in many aspects compared to other IE based browsers. This browser provides an option for 2 home pages
where all others have one. It has skins to choose from that will surley suit an individuals taste. The Favorites and other items typically fount at the top are located at the left side. Tabbed browsing and access to other areas of your computer are available through "Smart Bro". Like I said, "unique". Well worth a try by all who are looking for an alternitave to "Internet Explorer".
Cons: Could open a little faster. Other than that I have found no other cons in reference to this browser.

Version: Smart Bro 2.6.001
Pros: But a nice alternative to "Internet explorer". Different looking with several skins to choose from. Page to page is very fast. Some of the tabs normally located on top of a browser are on the side and slide in which takes a little getting used to but I have come to like that. Access to areas of your computer from within the browser and a double home page option makes this browser worth a try. So far I have experienced no security issues with "Smart Bro" which helps in my rating of a web browser. I can't understand the poor review either.
Cons: Nothing so far but a little more speed would make it better. Guess you can't have everything in a single browser.
