Ever wanted a Tivo for your browser? We haven't, but hey, it takes all kinds. Slickscreen combines a Web browser with a screenshot utility that snaps a picture each time you visit a page. The DVR-like interface lets you "rewind" or "fast-forward" saved images, but unless you're making a technical manual or a presentation, we don't really see the point. You can't extract text from the JPEGs, and Slickscreen doesn't store meta information with the pictures, so you'll need to remember where you got them. We also missed features for annotating shots (such as comment boxes, text highlighting, or arrows). Slickscreen may have potential, but right now it's little more than a puzzling toy.Publisher's description
From Slickscreen :Slickscreen is a unique browsing tool that marries multi-paneled browsing features, with screen capture and recording, web page annotation and even has basic web conferencing. People with high resoluton displays will find Slickscreen invaluable in maximizing their screen real estate. Additionally, users can "grab" common desktop applications like Microsoft applications and run them side-by-side their web windows. Slickscreen's non-overlapping panels, originally introduced by KatieSoft in 1997, changes the way a user interacts with Windows. Users of Slickscreen can easily drag and drop links from one panel to the next for the ultimate in web productivity. Say goodbye to "alt tabbing" and hidden windows or tabs.
Version 1.1.2.1 adds "Slick Navigation" which allows users to direct a hyperlink into another panel, adds native del.icio.us support and content blocking.

Version: Slickscreen 1.1.2.1
Pros: Impressed with how fast it is, and love the "peel away" interface. These guys really let the user manage their screen real estate. I was a big Katiesoft user, so good to see Slickscreen has done such a good job re-doing the 4 panel non-overlapping display. I also really love the ability to block in-line content (not just advertisments).
Cons: While you can use the "grab app" feature to suck in Firefox windows, the native panels use the IE engine. It would be cool if you could swap that out to Firefox or Opera on the fly.
